Police are investigating the discovery of a body within Hallandale Beach, Florida. The body is believed to belong to was a local rapper named WizDaWizard. Just before 8am, officers discovered the body of a dead man inside the back yard of the home just north of the 6th Avenue and 10th Street. Numerous social media accounts claim that the person who died was rapper WizDaWizard. Hallandale Beach Police has not provided the identity of the person killed or the cause of the death. They've noted that the "unusual situation in this instance" require them to keep their distance. "He is known in South Florida, however, because of the integrity of the investigation and the proper notification to his family, we're unable to divulge the name at the moment," said Captain Megan Jones of the Hallandale Beach Police Department.
